IMPORTANT NOTES ~Rental Agreement~ Guests will promptly receive the Rental Agreement upon booking submission. To receive property access code, guests must e-sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID. ~Security Deposit Hold~ A $500 security deposit hold will be charged off-platform 7 days before check-in. The hold will be released within 48 hours after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or need for excess cleaning. ~Security Devices~ *Exterior security cameras facing the front/back doors, and pool equipment. No cameras facing the swimming pool or inside the house. *To ensure quiet hours and be respectful of the neighbors, noise monitoring devices are in place that only measure decibel levels, but do not record audio. ~Vacationing with Pets~ * We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs of non-aggressive breeds, ages 2 or older. (Sorry, no cats or any other animals!) * Pet approval required--Proofs of recent rabies shot and vet-grade flea/tick medications and Pet Rules apply. * Pet Fee: $175 per stay for up to 2 dogs (An additional $100 pet fee for the third dog, subject to approval.) * Be sure to add the number of pets in your booking request (Under Guests>Scroll down to Pets) so the Pet Fee for up to 2 dogs for the entire stay is properly included in your booking amount. * We provide a 24”x36” kennel, 2 dog bowls and poop bags. ~Refunds~ Direct bookings provide guests with the best rates by avoiding platform service fees.
