While we have regular professional pest control, occasional sightings of insects or small pests—especially outdoors—are possible and not uncommon in a natural setting. Pine needles in the backyard may fall between our weekly landscaping visits and are unfortunately unavoidable. Refunds will not be issued for pest encounters or outdoor debris.
